Welcome back to issue 4 of Start Your Week Off Right. It’s, what, 4 almost 5 weeks into the lock down in the UK and I don’t know about you, but I’ve started to go a little mad. I’m crying over everything (but then mother nature may be helping me with that if you get me), I’m talking to myself way more than normal and I just seem to burst out into laughter at random points during the day. Gotta laugh otherwise you’ll just start screaming right? Anyway, I hope that if you’re struggling to feel motivated that this weeks issue will help. Remember to listen to your mind as well as you’re body and give each one what it needs to get through this rough patch.

I have a small announcement, I have started a YouTube channel which you can subscribe to here. But because of this, I have decided to bring out issues of this magazine every two weeks, rather than the current weekly basis.
